Membership Customer Service / Membership Consultant  - Fernwood Yarraville 

Fernwood Fitness Yarraville is looking for a woman who is a highly motivated, energetic people person to join our fun and hardworking team in a sales orientated role.

The role will require you to take on a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Membership sales working towards targets

• Lead generation

• Membership processing

• Member engagement

• Greeting members

• Service members

• Setting up new members in the club

• Great Phone skills

• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Applicants will have:

• Availability for up to 20 - 30 hours per week including some evenings till 7pm and Saturday till 12pm.

• High attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to the different needs of current and prospective members

• Ability to work autonomously and most importantly as part of a team

• Adept in using Microsoft systems and programs

• Knowledge of, or a desire to be part of, the health and fitness industry

• Proven previous sales experience is essential
