About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our Site Services team. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership and technical expertise to support the successful delivery of structural steel erection projects across commercial, industrial and steel projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, supporting and guiding team members, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the steel erection process. This role will suit an experienced steel erector looking to take the next step in their career while contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
