Who you are:

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse workers to join our team in Mickleham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things properly, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose:

You will be working in a warehouse environment assisting with the disassembly and sorting of electronic equipment, as well as the assembly and preparation of pallets to specific requirements.

General duties:

• Disassembly of dated electronic devices and infrastructure
• Identifying and sorting electronic components appropriately
• Building pallets to specific specifications and job orders
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean work area
• Following instructions and completing tasks accurately

Skills:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Basic computer skills
• Basic reading, writing, and maths skills with the ability to use a calculator
• Ability to disassemble electronic devices and identify basic components (or willingness to learn)
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual

Experience using basic tools such as;

• Hammers
• Chisels
• Screwdrivers
• Electric drills / impact drivers
• Ratchets and socket kits
• Spanners

Highly desirable:

• Current Forklift Licence
