We collaborate with stakeholders across our business to better connect and deliver for our customers and each other. About the role
Join our tight-knit, high-performing Internal Communications team as a Communications Advisor, where you'll help keep more than 115,000 Coles team members informed, connected and engaged.
Working across a range of internal channels, including our intranet, newsletters, video and leadership communications, you'll create content that brings business priorities to life. As part of our Corporate Affairs team, you'll have the opportunity to build your communications expertise while contributing to meaningful work that reaches teams across Australia.

You'll create content and coordinate communications that help our people stay informed, connected and engaged with what's happening across Coles.
• Write, edit and publish content across a range of internal channels.
• Create engaging content including articles, videos, presentations, campaign materials and leadership communications.
• Deliver timely, consistent and engaging communications.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather information, develop content and support communication plans.
• Adapt content for audiences ranging from frontline team members to senior leaders.
• Support business initiatives, internal events and day-to-day communication requests.
You're a confident writer who enjoys turning complex information into clear, engaging content. You build strong relationships, ask great questions and enjoy working with people across the business to bring stories and initiatives to life.
You're organised, curious and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Experience in internal, corporate or employee communications, content, journalism or a similar field.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating and publishing content across a variety of channels and formats.
• The ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and tailor communications for different audiences.
• Experience working in a large, complex organisation or agency environment will be highly regarded.
