Anytime Fitness Lilydale and My Fitness Academy, led by the 2025 AF Australian Personal Trainer of the Year are looking for another awesome PT to join their team in Lilydale.

For this opportunity, we’re seeking Qualified and Trainee Personal Trainers who are motivated, professional, and ready to grow. Whether you’re newly qualified & ready, or looking to complete your Certificate III & IV, we provide the structure, mentorship, and real-world support to help you launch into an incredible PT career!

To get started, Qualified Trainers will need:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Coachable attitude & a passion for changing lives through fitness

OR Aspiring / Trainee Trainers will need:

• Willingness & commitment to undertake Certificate III & IV in Fitness

• Strong interest in building a career as a Personal Trainer

• Coachable mindset and strong work ethic

If you’re not qualified yet, but are serious about complete your Certificate III & IV in Fitness, our Trainee Pathway Program allows you to get skilled and launched into the industry at the same time!

Through this pathway, you’ll:

• Gain real-world, in-gym exposure while completing your qualification

• Train and be mentored alongside the 2025 AF Australian Personal Trainer of the Year

• Learn essential coaching, business, sales, and client-management skills

• Participate in practical coaching sessions & shadowing opportunities

• Set yourself up to seamlessly transition into a fully qualified Personal Trainer role
