Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Clark Rubber, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Leading by example and coaching your team to success, offering ongoing training and development

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff performance

• Driving sales across all product categories, with a particular focus on Pool Shop and Swimming Pool products

• Ensuring that every customer leaves with a fantastic experience and expert advice

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role

• A minimum of 3 years retail experience is required

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team

• A focus on customer service with the ability to lead by example

• Strong organisational skills, including inventory and stock management

• A passion for outdoor products and home improvement, particularly pools and pool accessories

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Australian work rights are required for this position
