We’re looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our production team as Production Workers / Manufacturing Assistants.

You’ll be working in a structured production environment, assembling high-quality components used in industries around the world.

This role is ideal if you:

• Enjoy working with your hands

• Like routine, process-driven work

• Want a stable, full-time job with long-term potential

No experience? No problem. We provide full training.

Our team includes people from all backgrounds - hospitality, retail, trades, and more - who brought the right attitude and built successful careers with us.

• Assembling components using hand and power tools

• Working on a production line with clear processes

• Following instructions and technical drawings

• Maintaining high quality and safety standards

• Contributing to a team-focused environment

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team

Bonus (but not essential):

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on roles

• Basic tool experience
