The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our collaborative team. While this role is primarily based at our thriving Figtree clinic, you will also have the opportunity to provide coverage at our Kiama location.

In this role, you will look beyond acute symptom management to truly empower clients toward lasting health and lifestyle changes through meaningful connection and high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based treatments, combining hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise prescription and education.

• Partner closely with clients to set meaningful goals and supervise progressive rehabilitation programs that create long-term impact.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation and clinical records.

• Deliver exceptional care primarily at Figtree, with collaborative coverage across our Kiama clinic as required.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinic growth and multidisciplinary team initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding, client-centred care and achieving exceptional clinical outcomes. You’ll bring strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a genuine drive to continue learning and developing your skills.

You’ll hold a Physiotherapy degree with full Ahpra registration, along with a current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or be willing to obtain these). Most importantly, you’ll be eager to learn, grow and contribute to a supportive team environment.
