Full-Time Position | Brisbane & Surrounding Areas

Alex’s Excavation Services Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable excavator operator to join our growing team.

The successful applicant will operate a 5-ton Wacker Neuson excavator and drive a Hino 1426 tipper truck.

We provide ongoing full-time work across residential and civil construction sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. Our company operates under a wet hire arrangement through a national equipment hire company, allowing us to deliver consistent project work across a wide range of sites.

What We Offer

• Full-time employment
• Guaranteed 38 hours minimum
• Monday to Friday work
• Saturday work available
• $46 - $50 per hour, depending on experience
• Half an hour of paid travel each day
• Take the company truck and excavator home

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of two year’s excavator operating experience
• MUST be able to final trim
• Experience operating a 5-ton excavator
• Excavator ticket
• Current White Card
• MR driver’s licence or higher
• Strong communication skills
• A reliable and professional work ethic
• References from previous employers
• Australian citizenship
• A safe and suitable place to park the truck and excavator at home

The successful applicant must be confident working independently, looking after company equipment and completing daily paperwork and pre-start checks.

This position would suit someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and wants secure, long-term employment with a growing excavation company.
