Up to $110k + Super + Uncapped Commission

NT Partners is working with a well established IT managed services provider in Sydney on a role that sits across account management and new business - genuinely split, not one dressed up as the other.

The role:

You'll carry a portfolio of existing clients and be expected to grow it. That means retaining and expanding what's already there, and building your own pipeline from scratch alongside it. The client has strong market presence and a technical team that supports the sales function properly - you won't be scoping deals alone.

Day to day:

• Prospecting and closing new logos through outreach and networking

• Managing existing accounts - relationships, retention, upsell opportunities

• Positioning managed services, cloud, and AI solutions consultatively

• Collaborating with technical staff to scope and deliver

What you need:

• 2–3+ years in B2B tech sales - MSP, IT services, or SaaS

• Comfortable owning both sides of the commercial relationship

• Curious about where technology is heading, particularly AI and cloud

• Self directed - you build the pipeline, they back you to close it
