About the Role:

Based in Archerfield (QLD), this full-time role is perfect for a mechanic, auto-electrician, or technician who enjoys working on a variety of equipment. You will receive full training and support on any machines or systems you are not yet familiar with.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine field service repairs, emergency breakdowns, and preventative maintenance

• Diagnose and repair brake, electrical, hydraulic, and ignition systems

• Read and interpret technical manuals to conduct necessary maintenance

• Use specialist tools and diagnostic equipment to detect and resolve faults

• Replace defective parts and identify necessary replacements for major repairs

• Conduct safety inspections before releasing equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Accurately complete electronic service logs and reports

• Stay up to date with new technologies and techniques

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and solve problems

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug & alcohol test

• Experience in forklifts, material handling equipment, or similar machinery is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Mobile Plant, or Auto Electrical certification
