About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive the entire sales process, delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This position is located in our new display home opening up in Cambewarra. This role involves:

• Prospecting, engaging, and servicing potential clients.

• Selling contract homes (KDR or Greenfield Estates) and House & Land Packages.

• Working on-site at display homes, including weekends.

Training provided for proven sales professionals to help you excel in this role.

About You:

• A strong Sales background - preferably in volume residential 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

• Experience using CRM programs

• A results-driven mindset with the motivation to exceed sales targets
