What you will do

As video conferencing officer, you will coordinate video conferences that support prisoners, courts and legal services across Victoria.

You will keep bookings accurate, respond quickly to changing priorities and help deliver a safe and reliable service.

You will:

• maintain accurate bookings for court appearances, legal conferences and other video conferencing services
• provide timely advice and scheduling support to prisons, courts, legal professionals and service providers
• maintain databases, manage email enquiries and record accurate statistical information
• provide practical troubleshooting support for video conferencing bookings
• follow scheduling processes and help deliver a safe, secure and efficient corrections service.

About you

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. You must be able to work a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday, and between 7am and 4pm on weekends.

You should also have:

• strong scheduling and organisational skills
• sound problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
• the ability to work well with others, adapt to change and support an inclusive workplace
• a focus on continuous improvement, accurate recordkeeping and high-quality customer service.
