Position Summary: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals whilst consistently analysing market information 

• Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential 

• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience 

• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts 

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external 

• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives 

• Lead and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function 

• Ensure your team is supporting the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience   

• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions 

• Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team 

About You: 

• Experience in a similar managerial role 

• Full Working rights in Australia
