About the Role

This is a hands-on position involving day-to-day building maintenance across a range of strata and commercial properties throughout Sydney.

Your duties will include:

• General building repairs and maintenance

• Basic painting and touch-up work

• Wall and ceiling patching repairs

• Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs

• Carpentry and handyman tasks

• Routine property inspections

• Identifying maintenance issues and reporting as required

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Providing excellent service to clients and residents

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in building maintenance, handyman services, or a similar role

• Knowledge of painting, patching, and general building repairs

• Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance experience

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage your workload

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Current driver's licence

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid work authorisation in Australia

Bonus Qualifications

• Trade qualification (Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical or similar)

• Experience working within strata properties

• Additional tickets or certifications relevant to the building industry
