What you'll be doing

• Providing a range of hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services to our diverse clientele

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

• Participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

• Contributing to a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in hairdressing or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Hair Dresser in a salon environment

• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with trends

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
