About the role

As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your section confidently and maintaining strong organisation throughout service. The venue trades Wednesday to Sunday across lunch and dinner, with the full-time roster structured across these service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Running your section confidently and maintaining strong organisation throughout service
• Completing prep to a high and consistent standard
• Delivering dishes accurately and efficiently during service
• Maintaining strong food safety, cleanliness and kitchen standards
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Communicating well with the wider kitchen team
• Supporting junior team members where required

About you

• Has solid experience in a busy, professional kitchen
• Is comfortable managing their own section
• Works cleanly, efficiently and with attention to detail
• Remains calm and organised during busy services
• Is reliable, punctual and consistent
• Takes pride in the quality of their work
• Communicates well and contributes positively to the team
• Is available to work weekends as part of the regular roster
