The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Hyundai iFleet Consultant to join our team.

This role will be responsible for developing and managing Hyundai's fleet and business customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored vehicle solutions to businesses, government organisations and fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hyundai fleet, government, corporate and business customers.

• Identify and generate new fleet sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and business development.

• Develop tailored vehicle and fleet solutions to meet individual customer requirements.

• Prepare and present fleet proposals, quotations, tenders and finance options.

• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

• Coordinate vehicle orders, registrations, accessories, finance and delivery requirements.

• Liaise with Hyundai, finance providers and internal dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and follow-up within dealership systems and CRM.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fleet opportunities.

• Monitor fleet market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.

• Achieve agreed sales targets, KPIs and manufacturer objectives.

• Attend networking events, trade shows, business functions and customer meetings as required.

• Represent Hyundai and Australian Motors Group professionally at all times.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• An experienced Fleet Consultant or automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in their career.

• Customer-focused, with a genuine passion for building long-term business relationships.

• Proactive, driven and confident in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Solutions-oriented, with the ability to think outside the square and develop tailored solutions for customers.

• Tenacious and determined, with a strong work ethic and a "never give up" attitude.

• Highly organised, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously.

• Confident working autonomously while contributing positively to the broader dealership team.

• Professional and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales processes.

• Current and unrestricted Australian driver's license.
