Your Opportunity
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Indigenous Health Worker/Practitioner to join our dedicated Primary Health Care team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with patient, providing essential care and support. The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of Indigenous communities, promoting health and well-being. Join us in providing culturally sensitive care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
