We're looking for a Senior Plumber/Manager to lead a high-performing plumbing team delivering maintenance, diagnostics and specialised residential plumbing services based in Kingston QLD.

About the Role: You'll provide technical leadership while ensuring plumbing maintenance and projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

• Leading, coaching and mentoring plumbers and apprentices
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship
• Scoping works and providing practical technical solutions
• Maintaining compliance with plumbing regulations and safety requirements, quoting, invoicing and ordering materials
• Improving productivity, operational processes and team performance
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About You: We're looking for someone who enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in building a high-performing team

• Strong background in maintenance or residential plumbing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Current Driver's Licence
