Learning & Development Advisor

Monadelphous is seeking a collaborative Learning & Development Advisor to drive internal programs that build capability across our business. You will look after the end-to-end delivery and management of internal learning and development programs - partner with stakeholders to uncover capability gaps, designing and delivering engaging learning solutions, streamlining operations, and evaluating outcomes to champion a culture of continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging professional development programs across classroom, virtual, and blended environments while supporting learners and managers in workplace application.
• Design, develop, and maintain current learning materials—including workbooks, facilitator guides, and presentations—using Microsoft 365 applications while continuously reviewing programs for content relevance.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyse training needs, evaluate courses, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end course administration, from scheduling, enrolments, and logistics to attendance, certification, and cost allocation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to promote learning opportunities, drive engagement, and guide employees and managers on professional development.
• Track learning metrics and completion rates to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize learning programs, processes, and systems.

What you’ll bring:

Essentials

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
• Previous experience facilitating learning programs and workshops.
• Previous experience in learning and development, training or organisational capability roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Hands on with administering learning systems and training records.

Desirable:

• Prior experience conducting training needs analyses and program evaluations.
• Exposure with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exposure to leadership and professional capability development programs.
