Key Responsibilities

Full-Spectrum Financial Accounting

• Manage the complete accounting cycle: from daily bookkeeping to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements

Financial Operations Leadership

• Manage monthly payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, GST/BAS, and statutory compliance

• Perform group intercompany and stock reconciliations

• Manage weekly and quarterly cash flow reporting

Systems & Automation

• Identify and implement fit-for-purpose finance systems (Xero, Xin7, MYOB)

• Streamline processes to support scalability and efficiency

Management Reporting & Forecasting

• Prepare and interpret management accounts, budgets, and forecasts

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and leadership team

Technical Advisory & Compliance

• Navigate complex financial areas including payroll tax, and intercompany transactions

• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during year-end procedures

• Engage with cross-functional departments to drive efficiency and optimize workflows.

Audit, Risk & Controls

• Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and compliance

Business Partnering

• Collaborate across departments and locations to ensure accurate financial coordination

• Act as a trusted advisor to management, supporting strategic projects and commercial decisions

 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role

• CPA qualification

• Strong understanding of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and compliance

• Proficiency in Xero, Xin7, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Mandarin language skills highly desirable
