About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our small team as a maintenance carpenter and/or joiner, immediate start available. Operating Monday-Friday, hours vary dependant on scheduled works.

Duties will include the following:
- Carrying out general commercial maintenance such as, door repairs, window repairs, wall repairs and others
- Recording job notes & taking photos of completed works
- Preparing for upcoming works by having an understanding of the scope of works
- Completing all works as needed for each task in a safe and effective manner
- Ensuring task pre commencement documents are completed

Requirements For The Role
- Carpentry and/or Joinery Qualification
- Prior experience in similar position
- Drivers license
- Ability to undergo a police check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has own hand tools

What we are offering
The position is a Full-Time permanent position, salary is negotiable based on prior experience in similar role. Opportunity for increase after probation period.
