About the role
Disability Support Worker – Flexible Shifts Available
We are looking for support workers who share our values and are committed to delivering personalised, client-focused care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.
We are looking for workers with availability across all 7 days of the week and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including:
24/7 Care ShiftsNight shifts / Sleepover: 5:00 PM – 11:00 AM (including sleepover)
Morning shifts (Personal Care): 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Community Support: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening shifts (Personal Care): 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Short shifts starting from 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
Day shifts including:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Sleepover shifts commencing at 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
Weekend shifts, including a combination of sleepovers and shorter support shifts

Your day-to-day might include
· Personal care and daily living assistance
· Domestic support and household tasks
· Companionship and emotional support
· Transport and community access
· Respite care for families
What you’ll bring
· Up-to-date Police check, blue card (working with children’s check), Yellow card (NDIS worker clearance), first aid and CPR, and comprehensive car insurance
· A genuine passion for helping others
· A reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel
· At least 3 months of experience in disability support
· A relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in individual support, etc.)
