Junior Receptionist - Allied Health

We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Casual Junior Receptionist to join our busy physiotherapy clinic in North Lakes. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression

• Managing incoming calls, emails and appointment bookings

• Coordinating physiotherapist, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science and Remedial Massage schedules and managing cancellations/rescheduling

• Processing payments, Medicare/EFTPOS/HICAPS/WorkCover/DVA transactions

• Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

• General administrative duties including scanning, filing and data entry

• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations

• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional reception area

About You

• Previous allied health/medical reception experience ideal but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Microsoft Office Suite experience essential and Zanda experience highly regarded!

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Reliable and punctual
