Experienced Property Manager | Beenleigh

LJ Hooker Property Collective is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established Property Management team in Beenleigh.

We’re looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day demands of Property Management and can confidently manage landlord and tenant relationships, maintenance, inspections, compliance and the general management of a residential portfolio.

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team with administrative and Property Management support around you.

• Previous Property Management experience – essential

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence – essential

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio

• Strong knowledge of Property Management processes and QLD tenancy requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

• Strong organisation and time management

• Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, inspections and tenancy matters

• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions

• A professional, proactive and team-focused approach

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Established LJ Hooker office with a strong local presence

• Supportive Property Management team – you won't be doing it all alone

• Administrative support to help keep the portfolio running efficiently
