Building Supervisor - Renovations & Extensions

ADDSTYLE MASTER BUILDERS is Perth's most awarded home renovation and extension builder.

We are currently seeking a building supervisor to join our awrd-winning construction team.

This role will suit an experienced building supervisor seeking a secure and financially stable employer with a steady flow of projects or a career tradesperson looking to get off the tools.

Addstyle undertakes projects across the Perth metro area in a variety of styles, from character home renovations to modern-architectural extensions. Projects range in value from $300,000 to over $2 million.

Established in 1988, over the past 35+ years the company has won an unprecedented number of industry awards for excellence in construction and customer service.

Addstyle also delivers it's award-winning standard by maintaining a low project manager to client ratio. With no more than 6-8 active projects per supervisor at any time.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• A minimum of 10 years building experience in a trade and/or supervisor capacity.

• Experience in home renovations and extensions work.

• Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) are essential for this position.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to client relations

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Strong local building and construction knowledge.
