We're looking for a true skin lover, someone known for delivering exceptional facial experiences and genuinely passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin.

We can teach our products. We can't teach curiosity, warmth, care and a genuine passion for helping people achieve incredible results.

About the role

This isn't a traditional beauty clinic role. Every client experience combines professional treatments, education and personalised skincare prescriptions.

You'll work alongside a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes while helping build something special from the ground up.

Permanent Part-Time

• Approximately 3 days per week

• Every second Saturday (9:00am–2:00pm)

• Weekday hours approximately 9:00am–5:30pm

• Geelong based

• Three-month probation period

We're looking for someone experienced in:

• Comprehensive skin consultations and assessments

• Personalised treatment planning

• Medi-facials

• Skin needling (Collagen Induction Therapy)

• Microdermabrasion

• Professional chemical peels

• LED Light Therapy

• Prescribing evidence-based cosmeceutical skincare

• Client education and homecare recommendations

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is naturally warm, adaptable, committed to ongoing professional development and genuinely passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin.
