Storeperson

An Auto Parts importer and wholesaler located in Tullamarine with a small but efficient team requires for immediate start an experienced Storeperson to execute receiving, sorting, storing and maintaining of inventory in their large and busy warehouse. Applicants must possess forklift license, own car, be computer literate, have great organisational and prioritising skills, have a strong eye for detail, have great numerical aptitude and good with numbers and be able to work under pressure and to strict timelines and deadlines. 

The Role involves Picking & Packing Orders, Checking deliveries against orders, putting away stock, picking and packing orders for air freight and sea freight, palletising goods, replenishing picking shelves with stocks running low, maintaining stock counts on a regular basis, assist with stock reporting, maintaining effective minimum and maximum stock levels and general maintenance of inventory management. A lot of manual work, heavy lifting and handling involved. 

The applicant must have at least 2 years of previous similar experience. Auto spare parts knowledge and basic qualification on stock/inventory management will be an advantage.
