Commercial/ Domestic Plumber

About the role

This is a varied role primarily focused on plumbing services across Melbourne's CBD and northern suburbs. You will work across a range of maintenance and service jobs, with opportunities to be involved in commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs, drainage and water supply fault finding, roofing plumbing and leak detection, new commercial plumbing installations, event plumbing services, and temporary plumbing projects. You'll be supported by an organised office team, established systems and efficient job management processes, allowing you to focus on delivering quality work for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your daily workload efficiently and work independently

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide practical solutions

• Communicate professionally with clients, site personnel and building managers

• Complete jobs to a high standard and within required timeframes

• Maintain accurate job reports and service records

• Represent the company professionally on client sites

• Work collaboratively with the broader plumbing and administration team

About you

• Current Victorian Registered Plumber licence (BPC)

• Broad experience in commercial maintenance plumbing

• Strong knowledge of drainage, water supply and roofing plumbing

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, practical "can-do" attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good time management and organisational skills

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

• A professional presentation and commitment to quality workmanship
