Precast Installer / Labourer / Rigger – Multiple Positions Available

Total Precast is a Sydney-based precast installation company specialising in precast concrete installation, structural welding, remedial concrete patching, and caulking. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our expanding team.

About the Role

We currently have multiple positions available for:

• Precast Installers

• Welders

• Riggers

• Dogmen

• Construction Labourers

You will be working on a variety of commercial and construction projects throughout Sydney, delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in one or more of these roles, you may have:

• Current White Card (essential)

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport (essential)

• Welding qualifications and site welding experience (for Welder positions)

• Rigging and/or Dogman Ticket (preferred but not essential)

• EWP Ticket over 11m (preferred but not essential)

• Experience in precast installation

• Experience in caulking and concrete patching (preferred but not essential)

• Experience using a wide range of construction tools and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (advantageous)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment

• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work safely

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Full Australian working rights

• Willingness to undertake a medical assessment and pass a drug and alcohol test following the probation period

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
