About the Role:

You will deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented services to consumers across a range of settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals, their families, and carers through evidence-based interventions focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and community reintegration. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will support positive consumer outcomes while managing your workload, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to a safe and effective service environment.
