We are now expanding our Pharmacy Division and are seeking experienced pharmacists to join our team as OPRA and Oral Examination Tutors.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping internationally qualified pharmacists successfully transition into the Australian healthcare system.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Tutor, you will:

* Deliver one-on-one tutoring for candidates preparing for the Overseas Pharmacist Readiness Assessment (OPRA).

* Prepare candidates for the Australian Pharmacist Registration Oral Examination.

* Explain complex clinical and pharmaceutical concepts in a clear and practical manner.

* Assist candidates with examination techniques, clinical reasoning and communication skills.

* Provide constructive feedback and guidance throughout the candidate’s preparation.

* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of teaching materials where appropriate.

All tutoring is conducted online, allowing flexible working arrangements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should:

* Be a registered pharmacist in Australia (general registration).

* Have strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

* Be passionate about education and mentoring.

* Have the ability to explain difficult concepts simply and confidently.

* Be reliable, organised and professional.

The following would be highly regarded:

* Previous tutoring or university teaching experience.

* Experience supervising pharmacy interns or pre-registration pharmacists.

* Familiarity with the OPRA examination or Australian pharmacist registration pathway.

* Experience conducting mock oral examinations or interview preparation.
