Balanced Smiles Dental is looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Rowville.

We are a modern, patient-centred practice that takes a holistic approach to oral health, looking beyond teeth to understand the connection between the airway, jaw development, facial growth, function, and overall wellbeing. We are passionate about comprehensive care and are seeking a clinician who shares this philosophy or is eager to expand their knowledge in this area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-equipped 3-chair practice with digital workflows, with a TRIOS scanner, and a growing patient base. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

• Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in general dentistry.

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient education.

• A clinician who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and building long-term patient relationships.

• An interest in holistic dentistry and comprehensive patient care.

• Experience or a genuine interest in airway-focused dentistry.

• Experience with aligner therapy and interceptive orthodontics.

• Knowledge or experience in adjunctive therapies, including myofunctional therapy, facial growth guidance, sleep-related breathing disorders, TMD management, or other function-focused treatment approaches.

• A willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary model of care.

• Flexible days and working hours.

• Immediate start available.

• Contractor position (ABN required).
