We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Housekeeping Attendants to join our dynamic housekeeping team at The George, Glenelg.

Managed by leading hospitality management company, 1834 Hotels, this is an exciting chance to be part of a leading brand. The successful candidate/s will be dedicated, hard-working, and hands-on. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day housekeeping operations meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and clean all allocated guest rooms, ensuring tasks are completed to the required high standard.

• Assist guests with all queries, providing accurate information about property facilities and features.

• Comply with guest privacy and security procedures.

• Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, always ensuring adequate supplies and a presentable appearance.

Ideal Candidate:

• A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach with a strong work ethic.

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role within a hotel environment.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is required.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

• Proactive, with strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering high-quality service.

• Strong attention to detail and focus on accurate reporting.

• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.

• Strong appreciation and compliance with workplace safety standards.
