Supervisor/Bobcat Operator

We have been operating for over 30 years, a family-run business delivering high-quality turf solutions across the northern suburbs, with ongoing contracts across the majority of local councils. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Supervisor / Bobcat Operator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is ready to step into a leadership role within a supportive and hardworking team.

You will play a key role in supervising crews and delivering turf installation projects to a high standard. This is a hands-on position where each day is at a new location. Our installation yard is located on Wanneroo Roadd in Neerabup.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising crews of up to 8 staff on-site

Ensuring all safety procedures and protocols are followed

Operating bobcats and a range of machinery and attachments (rotary hoe, tractors, trucks, etc.)

Preparing and boxing out damaged park areas for turf installation

Installing jumbo roll and standard roll turf

Working alongside your team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience operating a bobcat

MR or HR driver's licence

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn all aspects of turf installation and site preparation (experience is a bonus, not essential)

Must hold legal work rights in Australia
