About the role
Little Dimples Early Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our close-knit team in Wanneroo.
We are a small, family-owned and operated 38-place early learning centre, which means our educators have the opportunity to genuinely know our children and families and become an important part of their early learning
journey.
At Little Dimples, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming and home-like environment where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn.
We are looking for an ECT who shares our passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and who would love to become part of a supportive and caring team.
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play an important leadership role within the centre and help guide the delivery of our educational program.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, implementing and evaluating engaging, child-focused educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework
Creating meaningful learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to educators
Working collaboratively with educators and management to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Observing and documenting children’s learning, development and progress
Building strong and respectful relationships with children and their families
Communicating with families about their child’s learning, interests and development
Supporting the centre to maintain high standards in accordance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
Contributing ideas and initiatives to continually improve our educational program
Participating in team meetings, professional development and centre activities
Helping maintain the warm, welcoming and family-focused culture that Little Dimples is known for
