Junior Sales Associate

About the Role

Aino Digital Media is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Assistant/Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, getting out into the field, and seeing projects through from first enquiry to final delivery. You’ll work closely with our Local Sales Director and liaise directly with our overseas supply chain partners to keep projects moving smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to the full project lifecycle — from client enquiry, to site visits and measurements, through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Enquiry Management – Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business and referrals.
• Site Visits & Measurements – Attend client sites to carry out preliminary measurements and assessments, gathering the information needed to scope projects accurately.
• Project Management – Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful completion.
• Supply Chain Liaison – Work with overseas supply chain and manufacturing partners to track orders, timelines, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Sales Support – Work alongside the Local Sales Director on quoting, proposals, and general sales administration.
• Travel – Travel locally and interstate as required to meet clients, visit sites, and support project delivery.
• Reporting – Keep accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and project status using internal systems.

About You

• Some experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (junior/entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing and able to travel, including interstate travel from time to time.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Basic proficiency with measurement tools and comfortable learning technical/product knowledge on the job.
• Experience or interest in liaising with international suppliers is a plus.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in growing a career in sales.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $70,000.00 per year
