Titeline Drilling has a vacancy for a Surface Site Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Management Team.

The Role:

The main purpose of this role is to manage operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures, as established and set for the Operations Department.

The successful candidate will be based at multiple sites around Australia.

Below are some attributes that will be well regarded:

• Experience drilling with Diamond Drill Rigs

• Certificate III in Drilling

• Certificate IV Drilling

• Cert IV Supervision 

• 4x4 driver training

• Senior First Aid or Remote First Aid qualifications

• Fire extinguisher training

Below are some conditions and accountabilities:

• 5-10 years' experience.

• Recruit, select, train, assign. schedule. coach, counsel and discipline employees

• Maintain safe and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

• Accomplish operations and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans

• Must produce a clear drug and alcohol screen

• Current National Police Clearance

• Current and valid Drivers Licence

• Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical

• Directly manage operational staff
