We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Solar Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about renewable energy and helping customers save money on their electricity bills.

You will support our sales team by assisting with customer enquiries, booking consultations, following up leads, and helping guide customers through the solar journey from enquiry to installation.

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media

• Assist customers with solar, battery, and rebate information

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for solar consultants

• Follow up customer quotes and maintain communication throughout the sales process

• Update CRM systems and customer records

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Customer service or sales experience preferred

• Interest in renewable energy and solar solutions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Must have experience working in the solar industry

• Basic computer and CRM skills
