About The Role

This opportunity is a casual role, working up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday across multiple shifts, including early morning and afternoon shifts at our egg grading facility in Hallam. Occasional overtime during weekends and public holidays.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will collaborate as part of a team to carry out the following responsibilities:

Perform pre-operative checks and equipment setup to ensure production timelines run to schedule.Prepare, load, grade, and pack eggs, replenish packaging per work instructionsPrepare, label, and stack finished boxesMachine operation and troubleshootingPerform on-line Quality checksCleaning and basic maintenance of machines, equipment, and factoryAssist in other areas of the facility when required

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

Previous experience with process work in the food industry, FMCG background preferredStrong work ethic with a proactive attitude Ability to work in a collaborative environmentAbility to safely follow all work instructionsUnrestricted work right with one year and above before expiryGood verbal communication and reliable transport for commuteAbility to lift 12-15kg and work in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and willingness to learn new thingsForklift Licence (Desired)
