JUNIOR PARTNER/MANAGER TAX & BUSINESS SERVICES – MID NORTH COAST NSW - $140K + SUPER (JOB ID 1541)

Our client, is a growing, multi-disciplinary firm with offices across the Mid North Coast. Founded in 2008, the firm has expanded into a full-service advisory business offering accounting, tax, financial planning and insurance solutions, with a strong focus on helping clients secure their long-term financial future. With multiple Partners approaching retirement in the coming years, this is a rare opportunity to step into a Junior Partner role with a genuine and short-term pathway to equity. 

The Role: 

• Manage a significant portfolio of clients across tax, business services and advisory  

• Act as a key point of contact, building strong, long-term client relationships  

• Provide high-level tax planning, structuring and strategic business advice  

• Review work prepared by accountants and oversee workflow across the team  

• Work closely with Partners on complex client matters and business strategy  

• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff  

• Contribute to growth, leadership and future direction of the firm  

About You: 

• CA or CPA qualified  

• 6+ years’ experience in public practice, with leadership or client management exposure  

• Strong technical expertise across tax, compliance and advisory  

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advice  

• Experience reviewing work and mentoring team members  

• Commercial mindset with an interest in business growth and leadership  

• Motivated to step into a Partner pathway role
