The Role

As a Construction Labourer, you’re the reliability that keeps our sites moving. You’ll work alongside our Construction Supervisors across our Melbourne projects, handling the hands-on work that keeps every trade on track — site clean-ups, moving materials, pressure-cleaning, and whatever else the day calls for. It’s physical, it’s varied, and it’s genuinely valued: on our sites, a good labourer is part of the crew, not just an extra pair of hands.

Typical activities and expectations of this role

• carry out a range of manual labouring duties across our sites — moving materials, general site works, and whatever the day needs

• site clean-ups to get each site ready for the next trade

• pressure-cleaning driveways and garages to a finished standard

• working across various sites through the week — comfortably lifting up to 20kg

Who we are looking for

• a strong work ethic and reliability above all — you turn up, you work hard, and the crew can count on you

• previous experience on construction sites or in a labouring environment

• physically fit and comfortable with hands-on manual work (can carry ~20kg)

• a current manual driver’s licence and your own vehicle

• your own PPE, and the right to work in Australia

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Location: Melbourne metropolitan. Multi-site travel required.
