Business Development Manager - Real Estate

Luschwitz Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our established team on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.We are a long-standing independent agency with deep roots in the Ku-ring-gai community and a strong reputation for personal service, local knowledge and results. We are looking for an experienced BDM who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships and consistently convert those relationships into new managements.
The RoleThis is a performance focused role for an experienced BDM who is confident taking ownership of their own prospecting, pipeline and results.You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Ku-ring-gai and the broader area, building relationships with property owners, investors and referral partners, and converting those opportunities into new property management listings.We are specifically looking for someone who has demonstrated an ability to consistently bring in several new managements each month, rather than relying solely on leads provided by the agency.Your responsibilities will include:Proactively prospecting for new property management businessBuilding and maintaining your own pipeline of prospective landlords and investorsGenerating leads through calls, networking, referrals, database activity and local prospectingConducting rental appraisals and new business presentationsFollowing up prospective clients and converting opportunities into signed management agreementsDeveloping referral relationships with local buyers agents, property owners and industry contactsMaintaining accurate pipeline and prospecting activity within the CRMWorking closely with our sales and property management teams to identify further opportunitiesRepresenting the Luschwitz brand professionally throughout the Upper North Shore
About YouThis role will suit an experienced BDM who is commercially minded, self-motivated and genuinely enjoys winning new business.You will ideally have:A strong and proven track record in a real estate BDM roleDemonstrated success generating and converting multiple new managements each monthThe ability to prospect independently and create your own leads and pipelineExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsStrong follow-up discipline and a results-focused approachGood knowledge of Ku-ring-gai and Sydney’s Upper North ShoreEstablished local relationships or networks will be highly regardedA current NSW real estate qualification/licence appropriate to the roleYour own reliable vehicle and current driver’s licenceWe are looking for someone who enjoys being accountable for results and wants the opportunity to be rewarded accordingly.
