About the role

Are you a senior kitchen installer with well-developed skills in the installation of kitchen products?

Dream Doors Kitchens is a market leader in kitchen remodelling and installation in Australia.

Due to continued growth in the marketplace, Dream Doors Kitchens is recruiting for a senior qualified cabinetmaker to lead our Redlands/Logan team. We’re looking for someone with personality, energy and enthusiasm with strong attention to detail who takes pride in their work.

We’re a small, friendly team who are genuinely proud of our product and the high standard of our installations.

We need a skilled cabinetmaker who can lead a team, can check measure kitchens — including facelifts, not just new builds — and understands the value of a strong, positive team culture.

You’ll use your trade experience to solve problems, think outside the white box, and come up with practical solutions that make things work on site. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.

What you bring to the role:

• Exceptional Check Measuring skills – We don’t just measure new kitchens in square rooms, this role calls for a cabinetmaker who can draw on real trade know‑how, think outside the box, and find workable solutions when things don’t line up perfectly.

• Well-developed kitchen installation skills

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships

• Determination to succeed

• A can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills and ability to complete work to scheduled deadlines

• Full set of reliable trade tools suitable for kitchen installations

• Leadership skills to manage a small team

• You must be physically fit and hold a current driver’s licence.
