Multiquip Poultry is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Crew Leader to supervise and lead our on-farm poultry(live birds) operations in Girraween. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, a current HR and forkift licence, and the ability to lead from the front — this is your opportunity to work in a stable, full-time role with real impact.

Location: Girraween

Shift: 3AM to 5AM start - Monday to Friday - 10 hour shifts

About the Role

As a Crew Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team of poultry workers at farm sites. You’ll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be working alongside your crew, setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and motivating your crew on-site

• Driving HR vehicles to and from sites

• Operating and transporting forklifts between farms

• Liaising with farmers and internal teams

• Managing paperwork and fatigue compliance

• Ensuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are met

What You’ll Need

• HR driver’s licence (required)

• Forklift licence (required)

• Proven experience leading a team in a hands-on role (agriculture, logistics, or similar)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• A proactive, safety-first mindset

• Willingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols

(Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence)
