Administration Officer

Are you an organised and detail-driven administrator with a strong eye for numbers? Penfold Motor Group is looking for an Administration Officer to join our Finance team and play a key role in keeping our dealership operations running smoothly.

As an Administration Officer within our Finance team, you'll support the end-to-end administration of vehicle sales and financial transactions. From processing vehicle deals and manufacturer invoices to reconciliations, commissions and warranty administration, you'll play an integral role in ensuring our financial and dealership processes are accurate, compliant and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales deals, manufacturer invoices and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales registers, dealership records and financial systems.
• Process bailment, warranty and sales commission administration.
• Process payments and complete banking, EFTPOS and account reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate financial allocations.
• Provide efficient administrative support while improving processes and compliance.

You'll be a proactive and organised administration professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in administration, accounts or a similar role.
• Dealership and vehicle sales administration experience highly regarded.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong Excel, Microsoft Office and financial systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
