About the Role
Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Acacia Ridge team Monday to Friday. With your exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask you will support our team. This is an integral and hands on role within our Brisbane operation and business as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and manifesting.
POD management.
Branch customer service.
Liaison with local staff, customers and receivers.
Asset and pallet control.
Time sheet management.
Operational cost reporting.
General administration duties.
Ensuring exceptional levels of visibility and service are maintained at all times
Key qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years proven experience in Logistics or Transport Administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail.
100% commitment to deliver high customer service, every time.
Possess a strong team and work ethic.
All candidates will be subject to a Drug and Alcohol testing.
All candidates will need to supply a current Police Check.
