Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes while adhering to safety protocols. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires experience in painting high-rise buildings using rope access techniques. 

Key Responsibilities will Include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing external surfaces of high-rise buildings and structures for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and applying primers using rope access techniques.

• Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve the desired results, ensuring consistency across large surface areas.

• Applying paint, protective coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment while working at heights.

• Conducting detailed inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications.

• Maintaining and inspecting painting tools, rope access equipment, and safety gear to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Strictly adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, including safe work methods for working at heights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant Certificate III level (or higher) or 3 years of experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the painting industry

• Familiarity with different types of paints, finishes, varnishes, and tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers).

• Experience in painting high-rise buildings is a must.
