About the role:

As Sales Manager for Omoda Jaecoo in Southport, you will lead a new vehicle sales team representing an innovative electric vehicle brand, with the scope to make a genuine mark on results, culture, and the customer experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of new vehicle sales consultants, giving you real influence over their professional growth and the dealership's overall performance
• Driving sales results for an innovative EV brand by setting clear targets, monitoring activity, and coaching the team to consistently meet and exceed goals
• Managing the new vehicle stock portfolio, ensuring availability aligns with customer demand and market trends
• Building strong relationships with the Omoda Jaecoo manufacturer team to maximise support, incentives, and stock access
• Overseeing the customer experience from enquiry through to delivery, maintaining the standard Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is known for
• Reporting on sales performance and contributing to dealership strategy alongside the General Manager

About You:

You are an experienced automotive sales professional who leads by example and is energised by the prospect of representing a forward-thinking electric vehicle brand in a growing market.

More about you:

• Proven experience in a new vehicle sales management role within a franchised dealership
• A track record of meeting sales targets and developing the capability of those around you
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including stock management and manufacturer relations
• A current Queensland motor dealer licence or the ability to obtain one
• An interest in the evolving electric vehicle landscape and the ability to communicate its benefits clearly to customers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns with confidence and care
• Comfortable working with DMS platforms and sales reporting tools to guide decision-making
